و فيه تدون هدفك من العمل فى الشركه و لماذا تقدمت لشغل الوظيفه و ما هى طموحاتك فى العمل فى هذا المنصب و سوف يكون لنا إن شاء الله موضوع مطول عن المقابلات الشخصيه

المهارت Skills
و يعرض هذا الموضوع مهاراتك الشخصيه التى تتمتع بها كفرد مثل القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط و القدره على تحمل الأعباء الإضافيه
و غيرها من هذه المهارات و من جانب آخر تعرض مهاراتك فى التعامل مع الأشخاص إذا كانت هذه الوظيفه تتعلق بمجال البيع و الشراء
و كذلك مهارات التعامل مع الكمبيوتر و الدورات التى حصلت عليها
